• ALPHAcademy Dog Training reserves the right to refuse service.
• Prices & policies are subject to change without notice.
• A current waiver/release of liability is required to be signed prior to the beginning of any agreed-upon training services.
• Payment for training is to be paid in full at the time of booking.
• In order to utilize the 10% Military Discount, a current/valid active duty military ID is required.
• In-person sessions canceled under 24-hours notice may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
• Missed classes may be made up in subsequent sessions, but are subject to the trainer’s approval.
• Virtual clients must log into the session within the first 10 minutes of the scheduled appointment. After which it will be considered a no-show and will require to be rescheduled.
• A no-show of more than two virtual lessons may result in a loss of that session per the package purchased.
• Refunds for training will not be issued.
